DOSAGE AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION

The drug is administered via intramuscular injections, but it can also be administered intravenously and subcutaneously.

Cows

-Disorder of the fertility of ovarian origin with or without symptoms of nymphomania: 20 μg of buserelin (corresponding to a quantity of 5 ml of the drug)
Follicular cysts need not be squeezed. Corpus luteum (yellow body) on changed or normal ovaries usually is clear after 8 days after the drug application. At the same time luteinization and disappear of cyst can occur. The therapeutic effect should be checked after 10 to 14 days. If no yellow body is present or if new cysts are detected, treatment should be repeated. Artificial insemination can be performed during the first estrus after treatment. On average, the cycle occurs 20 days after the drug application.

-Anestrus: 20 μg buserelin (corresponding to a quantity of 5 ml of the drug)
To be confirmed anestrus for cows, two rectal examinations should be performed in an interval of 11 days. As an alternative way of determining anestrus, two milk samples (in the same interval)
can be taken to check the progesterone concentration. Estrus should appear in 8 to 22 days (usually 10 to 12 days) after treatment. If the estrus does not appear until the specified period, then a rectal examination should be done. If the rectal examination does not determine the presence of the yellow body on the ovary, then the treatment should be repeated. However, if the yellow body palpates by examination, then luteolytic prostaglandins (PGF2al) or one of its analogues should be administered. In treated animals, oestrus should be expected in 2 to 3 days after treatment.

-Delayed ovulation:: 10 μg of buserelin (corresponding to a volume of 2.5 ml of the drug )
The treatment of this condition can be carried out at the time of artificial insemination or mating 6 – 8 hours earlier. Ovulation usually occurs within 24 hours after treatment.

-Increase in the degree of conception in artificially fertilized cows (after oestrus synchronization):
10 μg buserellin (corresponding to a volume of 2.5 ml of the drug)
This effect can be achieved by one-time administration of the injection of the preparation at the time of insemination or 8 hours earlier.

-Prophylaxis of fertility disorder: 10 μg buserellin (corresponding to a volume of 2.5 ml of the drug)
In order to prevent fertility disorders, the drug is administered between the 10th and 14th days after the partus. This way ovulation is induced in 24 hours and significantly reduces the occurrence of fertility disorders of ovarian origin and increases the degree of conception in treated animals. In particular, this treatment is indicated in cows with backlogs or the occurrence of ovarian cysts.

-Estrusion synchronization:
Medicine is used as part of a 10 -day GnRH / prostaglandine / GnRH Re has synchronization estrus, increased degree of succeefull insemination i shortning period from the parusa to the following conception .
Drug Application Plan:
Day 0 NEORELIN (2.5 ml)
Day 7 NEOPROST
Day 9 NEORELIN (2.5 ml)
Day 10 Insemination
(72 hours after prostaglandin application (NEOPROST) or immediately after oestrus signs).

Sheep, goats:

(72 hours after prostaglandin application (NEOPROST) or immediately after oestrus signs).

Pigs
Ovulation induction after estrus synchronization after rejection (in sows): 10 μg buserellin (corresponding to a volume of 2.5 ml of the drug)
Medicine is applied for 83-89 hours after rejection. Artificial insemination should be administered once at 30-33 hours after administration of this drug.

-Induction of ovulation in the pigs:): 10 μg buserellin (corresponding to a volume of 2.5 ml of the drug)

The drug is applied for 115-120 hours after completion of the oestrus synchronization treatment.
Artificial insemination should be administered once at 30-33 hours after administration of this drug.
In the event that after the stated period of 30-33 hours, no signs of estrus appear, wait for their occurrence and then carry out insemination.

Mares
– Cystic changes on the ovary with or without an extended or permanent oestrus : 40 μg of buserelin (corresponding to an amount of 10 ml of the drug)
For the treatment of cystic changes on ovaries, an injection is usually sufficient. The therapy can be repeated in 10-14 days if the desired effect is missing (regression of the cyst).

-Anestrus in acyclic animals: 20 μg of buserelin (corresponding to a volume of 5 ml of the drug)
If after the first treatment the oestrus does not appear in the next 10 days, medicine should be applied again on the 11th and 12th day.

-Induction of mature follicle ovulation and synchronization of ovulation with mating: 40 μg of buserelin (corresponding to an amount of 10 ml of the drug)
To induce ovulation, the drug should be applied as closely as possible to the expected period of ovulation. In short-cycle mare, the drug is given on the 2nd or 3rd day, and in individuals with prolonged estrus the medication should be given on the 7th or 8th day of the estrus. The use of the drug at the onset of estrus is useless. Ovulation usually occurs 24 to 36 hours after treatment. If
ovulation does not occur, treatment should be repeated.

– Increasing the degree of conception: 40 μg of buserelin (corresponding to an amount of 10 ml of the drug)

– Produced and permanent estrus: 40 μg buserellin (corresponding to an amount of 10 ml of the drug)

Rabbits:
-Augmentation of the degree of conception: 0.8 μg buserellin (corresponding to a quantity of 0.2 ml of the drug)
Treatment is performed during mating or insemination.

-Induction of ovulation for postpartum insemination: 0.8 μg of buserelin (corresponding to an amount of 0.2 ml of the drug)
The drug is administered 24 hours after the partys, and the insemination is done immediately afterwards.

Trout
Synchronization of ovulation: 3-4 mcg busorelina / kg body mass (equivalent to 0.75-1 ml of the drug) is given 2 cm above the back of the side line, towards the back feather.
Ovulation is expected 2-3 days after treatment.

Carp fish
Synchronization ovulation :10 mcg busorelina / kg body mass (is equivalent to 2 ml drug) give 2 cm above the last one work h will not lines , according to f le nom feather.
