Composition: 1 g oral powder contains:

Lincomycin hydrochloride 22 mg

Spectinomycin sulfate 22 mg

Indications: The drug is indicated for the treatment of gastrointestinal infections

(bacterial enteritises, coli-infections, salmonellosis, clostridiosis, dysentery) and

respiratory tract infections (enzootic pneumonia), as well as other infections of pigs.At

poultry is used in the treatment of chronic respiratory disease (CRD), colibacillosis,

mycoplasmatic infections, primary and secondary infections of the respiratory and

digestive systems.

Contraindications: The use of this drug is contraindicated in ruminants, horses, rabbits,

hamsters and guinea pigs, and laying hens whose eggs are used for human

consumptions.Preparation is not administered to animals with impaired liver and kidney.

Side effects: Sometimes, the application of the drug can cause the appearance of soft

stools or severe diarrhea, skin irritation (redness), swelling anus and distressed animals.

These phenomena cease spontaneously in 5 to 8 days.As possible hypersensitivity

reactions and anaphylaxis.

Target species: Pigs and poultry

Dosage and method of administration: The drug is used orally in food or drinking

water for pigs and poultry. For pigs: 1 kg of the drug for one ton of food (mixed in food)

for 10 days. In the case of a high intensity, illnesses as well as the delayed treatment,

the dose may be increased to 2 kg per 1 ton of food. In this case, treatment may be

extended to 21day.Drug dose given in drinking water is 150 g for 160 liters of drinking

water for 10 days. Poultry (broilers) the drug was administered in the drinking water in

quantities of 150 g drug to 200 liters of water during 5-7 days.

Instructions for proper use of drugs: Make a fresh solution daily in drinking water. Use

the drug only on target animal species listed in the manual.

Withdrawal period: Meat and edible organs are not for use during the course of

therapy, and 5 days after the last application of the medicine.

Special warnings

For use in animals:

The drug must not be used together with erythromycin and other macrolides.

It is shown that lincomycin blocks neuromuscular conduction, so it should not be used

with other drugs in this group (npr.tubocurarine, pankuronium). Ccyclamates reduce

lincomycin absorption from the gastrointestinal tract.

In solutions lincomycin is incompatible with ampicillin, benzilpenicillin, karbencilin and

sulfadiazine.

If the 5 days after the start of treatment the situation of the treated animals does not

improve, treatment should be stopped and reviewed diagnosis.If allergic reaction occurs,

immediately apply adrenalin and if necessary, antihistamines and glucocorticoids.

During the treatment, the animals provide a sufficient amount of water to drink.

Use in pregnancy and lactation: The drug is not used in pregnant animals and laying

hens.

Special considerations for persons administering the veterinary medicinal product

to animals:

People who prepare food with the medicine should abide to the basic measures of

protection.After completed the preparation and application of the drug should wash

hands and exposed parts of the skin. People hypersensitive to lincomycin and / or

spectinomycin should avoid contact with drug.In case of allergic reactions or other forms

of adverse effects in people who give animals a drug, it is necessary to contact a doctor

immediately and show him the original packaging of the drugs or the user guide.

Special precautions for disposal and destruction of drug:

Unused drug or drug residues shall be destroyed in accordance with applicable

regulations.

Special considerations for storing drugs: Drug store in original container at

temperatures up to 25˚C. Keep out of the reach of children.

Shelf life in original packaging: 2 years.

Shelf life after the dilution / mixing with food: medicated feed and water use

immediately.
